Hi, I’m Dr. Sujata Acharya, and I started Moving Miles to break away from conventional, numbers-driven setups and bring patient-first, evidence-based physiotherapy to Hiranandani Estate, Thane.
With certifications in the McKenzie Method — a globally recognized approach to spine and joint care — my focus has always been on empowering people across all life stages. Whether it's guiding adolescents through postural corrections, supporting women with core and pelvic health, or helping seniors regain mobility, my goal is simple: to restore movement, function, and freedom.
